A: SaveOnStrips.com is a direct to consumer store that exists to help people manage their diabetes affordably. We offer the most popular brands of testing supplies at a fraction of what you’d find them for in your local pharmacy or supermarket.
Q: What brands do you sell?
A: We sell One Touch Ultra Blue, One Touch Verio, Freestyle Lite, Freestyle, Freestyle Insulinx, Accu Chek Aviva Plus, Accu Chek Smartview, Accu Chek Guide, Bayer Contour, Contour Next, and many others! If you have a product you’d like us to carry you can send us a suggestion by emailing contact@saveonstrips.com.
Q: Where are you located, and where do you ship to?
A: We have a location in Florida, and we ship to every state in the USA.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
A: We actually don’t charge anything, but there are shipping costs passed on from the post office. The charge varies by weight and distance & you’ll see it calculated automatically in the shopping cart once you’re ready to check out. A bit of good news – our bulk shipping discount is passed on to you.
Q: How quickly will you ship my order, and when will it reach me?
A: We pack and ship every order within one business day. That means if you place your order on Monday, it will leave our facility no later than Tuesday. The additional length of time it takes to reach you depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. The most economical method is usually USPS First Class, which typically takes about 3-4 additional business days. We are not in control of, or responsible for the package once it is shipped. Actual delivery times do sometimes deviate from the carrier's projection.
Q: What is the condition of the products you sell?
A: All products are factory-sealed and brand-name, made by the original manufacturer. Inventory is shorter-dated, typically under 12 months to expiration, with a minimum of 3 months. Outer packaging is sometimes scuffed from handling. The product inside the seal is identical to what a pharmacy carries.
Q: Are you a licensed pharmacy?
A: No. We're a direct-to-consumer retailer of brand-name diabetic supplies, not a pharmacy. We sell to individual customers for personal or family use.
